Parent and Tot Classes

Kangaroos (ages 18 months – 3 years) & JR Gym (3 years) – This class is a 45min class that follows a curriculum pertaining to the fundamentals of movement. It allows them to take risks in a safe environment. The class consists of a warm up, a skills session, and then a cool down. Fun training aids will be introduced and children will discover how, when and new ways to move their bodies! A parent, grandparent or caregiver is required to be with the child in the gym but it does not have to be the same person each week.

**Siblings not enrolled in this class are not allowed in the gym during class time**

**However, we do allow parents to wear their babies as long as they do not set them down**

Gymnastic Classes

Ages 4 and up – These classes are divided into age groups corresponding with ability. They are a one hour structured class that follows a gymnastics curriculum with each week building on the next. The focus will be on gymnastic skills and drills using each apparatus and advancing from the fundamentals of movement to more fluidity in movement. Each class has a warm up, a skills session and a cool down. These classes are designed for all abilities… everyone from the beginner to the astute gymnast will have fun!

  • Jitterbugs (ages 4-5)
  • Grasshoppers (ages 6-7)
  • Monkeys (ages 8-10)
  • Eagles (ages 11-13)
  • Seniors (ages 14+)

Ninja Class

This class is designed for the budding ninjas! We work on strength and conditioning, balance and agility, endurance and perseverance. It is all about obstacle training! The courses are challenging and if they stick with it, you will be amazed at what your ninja can do!

Ages 4-7yrs old – JR Ninja’s

Ages 8-11yrs old – SR Ninja’s
